Introducing Next Gen: A One-Week Mini Camp Just for 12-Year-Olds

We’re thrilled to announce a brand-new addition to Odyssey Teen Camp: Next Gen, a special one-week session created just for 12-year-olds. From July 26 to August 1, 2026, this program provides younger campers with the perfect introduction to OTC.

Think of it as a first step into the Odyssey experience. Campers will get a real taste of what OTC has to offer, with the chance to explore our full range of activities, including arts and theater, swimming, boating, evening programs, visiting artist workshops, and more!

What makes Next Gen unique is the balance it offers: campers live in pods with friends their own age, share special workshops designed just for them, and join older campers for activities and evening programs. This blend helps them feel at home while gradually discovering the rhythms, traditions, and culture that make OTC such a special place.

Our staff is highly experienced in both childcare and youth development, and they know exactly how to help 12-year-olds thrive. By starting at this age, campers gain the chance to grow with us — returning summer after summer, building on each experience, and making lifelong memories through their middle and high school years.

Next Gen is more than just a mini camp! It’s the beginning of an odyssey. We can’t wait to welcome this new generation of campers into the OTC family.

Odyssey Teen Camp

Odyssey Teen Camp, located in the Berkshires, is a safe summer space for teens to be themselves. Our campers experience the pure exhilaration that comes from being included, honored, and celebrated for exactly who they are. They leave OTC instilled with the confidence to reimagine their place in the world. And they will forever remain a part of the OTC family. OTC offers full summer programming for ages 13 through 18.
