  • Your gift to OTC ensures teenagers have the opportunity to spend a summer being exactly who they are at a fun-loving, judgment-free sleep away camp.

    For most teenagers, nothing matters more than having friends and fitting in. However, for some teens, this is harder than it is for others. OTC welcomes those who identify as LGBTQ+, gamers, goths, geeks, artists, activists, shy kids and those with no label at all. With your support, we can continue to provide a summer program for teenagers to flourish and grow.

Virtual Program Registration/ Payment Form

This form is for all of our virtual programs. Kids can jump in and out of classes anytime. They don't need to commit to anything. Subscriptions can be canceled or put on pause anytime. Just email us. Your credit card will not be billed until 7 days have passed so you can see if your child wants to continue the program. All you need to do is email us to cancel.
  • If they like to be called something else, it's fine to put that in the first name field instead of given name. They can always change it later as well.
  • Online camp setup instructions will be CC'ed to this address. The actual account invite will be sent to this address only. If you want to set up that account for your camper or you want all communications to go through you, then leave this blank. If you have more than one child to sign up, complete this form again.
  • Billing receipt will be sent to this address.
  • Your card will be billed each week for the amount you select. You can easily cancel this subscription at any time by simply emailing us through our website contact page. No hassles, easy peezy.
  • Your credit card will not be billed until 7 days have passed. So you can contact us to cancel before the first payment.
  • We'll need your mailing address for that.
  • Adult small, medium, large, xlarge
  • These classes fill up. Answering yes will send a notification to the dungeon master who will reach out to you directly.
  • This will help us to better understand the needs and state of mind of your child.
  • This is not mandatory, but if you are not on these lists you will miss information needed for online camp setup and other important info. All online camp related emails will be sent to both the child and parent addresses.
  • If you feel like giving us the long-winded version, go for it! We would love to hear it.
